[OSCOM] OOo conversion to XHTML for CMS import

Hello
Recently I thought on importing OOo files (especially writer files) into
a CMS and storing the content of the file as XHTML. The basic idea of
this is that a redactor has to write a file (say a meeting protocoll)
only once, using it for distribution as OOo file and additionally
uploading it to the CMS so the content of the protocoll is cleanly saved
as a XHTML page and shown in the regular corporate style of the website.
I tried Writer2LaTeX and it worked almost perfectly with my OOo writer
files converting them to XHTML. So now I'm looking for a way to use this
(or another) converter on a server so somebody just can upload a OOo
file, gets it converted to XHTML and the CMS stores the content into the
db or some other repository. I found http://www.oooconv.de but it didn't
really work. eZ publish seems to have a solution for it:

Do you have any experience in this area? Is there a general XSL file
that converts OOo files to XHTML? Or is there a smarter way importing
OOo files to a CMS than using XHTML? (eg. in DocBook, LaTex...)
Regards,
Matthias
