In spite of an actual Open Source hype many companies still fear the implementation of Open Source Content Management Systems. The presentation shows by a concrete example the benefit of Apache Lenya.

The first part of the presentation introduces the initial position and the most important criteria for the decision. The second part dedicates itself to the process, the requirements, the proceeding and the risks.
Likewise the presentation addresses the experience concerning initial Rollout, acceptance of the user and gives a general overview about the main success factors.
